“Signing up for the SUP Yoga series was the best thing I did for myself this Summer. With my kids’ busy schedules I am usually running around to all of their activities, but I made it a priority to take on one activity for myself and I’m so glad I did. I loved being on the water in total peace and quiet for an hour and a half. The class was the perfect mix of paddle time and yoga to wind down and we always had the most beautiful sunsets to take in. Ciara was the best teacher and I met some amazing women in our weekly group. I can’t wait to take more classes with South Shore Paddle Co!”
